History of the Company

The establishment of Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o. is related to the restructuring process of Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów – Adamów - Konin", which ended in the adoption of the concept of establishing a holding company with six limited liability companies.
The company was established on the basis of repairs and the mechanical workshop services of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA. One of them, and the largest one is Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS. The quality policy of PAK SERWIS implemented as part of the Quality System, conforming with standard ISO 9001:2000 is an integral part of the company management activities. The highest criterion, customer satisfaction, is achieved by meeting their requirements and expectations related to the services provided.


In the Company particular attention is paid to:

  • quality and punctuality of services provided,
  • flexibility,
  • avoiding errors and preventing their occurrence in the process of service provision
  • internal quality inspection system.
  • quality customer service,


The efficient operation of the company is ensured by very good technical equipment and experienced and qualified staff. Currently the company employs about 1000 people. The majority gained experience by providing services to Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów – Adamów – Konin. That is why, in spite of the short period of operation, the company can boast over 40 years’ experience in providing services. Quality, reliability and punctuality are the foundations of the operation of PAK SERWIS, and by implementing, in 2002, the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System our customers can rest assured about the good quality of the work provided.


PAK SERWIS has the authorizations of the Office of Technical Inspection required to carry out specialized work. As far as possible the company also fulfils its role of a responsible community member. The company supports non-governmental organizations, hospitals, sports clubs and schools. An example illustrating this commitment is funding the state-of-the-art orthopaedic equipment in Wielkopolska for the Konin hospital. It also provides funds for foundations taking care of the disabled.
