People are the most valuable resource of PAK SERWIS.

Professional development and very good working conditions have been created for each employee. Both engineering staff and production personnel regularly attend specialized training courses, irrespective of their experience. Owing to this we are now carrying out tasks which require very high qualifications and licences. Currently the company employs about 1000 employees, including 110 welders, who have special licences in conformity with PN-EN 287 -1 granted by UDT and TÜV, about 550 fitters of various specialities, almost 160 workshop personnel and 160 building personnel.
