All shares in the company are held by Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów –Adamów Konin SA. PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o. is registered in the District Court in Poznań, 22^nd Commercial Department, National Court Register (KRS) number 0000090150.
Share capital:9, 985,386.00 PLN; employment about 1100 people.
On 1^st January 2000 PAK SERWIS. and the subsidiaries of ZE PAK S.A. established a capital group.
